We have a top-notch, proficient team steeped in databases, automation, load balancing, and monitoring. Our team comprises six formidable talents: Mateusz, Paweł, Adam, Łukasz, Maciej, and Mateusz. Our operational molding is constantly evolving, using various Cloud environments—Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and IBM—to host our services. We also manage petabytes of data, handle gigabits of traffic and millions of connections per second, and maintain thousands of virtual machines and containers.
As we continuously innovate and implement advancements in technology, we're searching for a seasoned DevOps specialist. We want someone who thrives on challenges and is at ease in a cloud-based setting, ready to join a team that never stops striving for system improvement and growth
Development, testing, and implementation of infrastructure automation to reduce manual intervention and improve provisioning times;
Utilize monitoring and logging data to detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues;
Design, implement, and maintain scalable distributed systems;
Drive architecture solutions that improve system performance and reduce costs;
Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members;
Cooperate with the cross-functional teams on complex projects;
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 availability of critical systems.
You possess a robust 7 to 10 years of hands-on expertise in administration, architecting, deploying, and managing applications, and related domains. Within this tenure, you've dedicated over 5 years to refining your skills specifically within cloud infrastructure.
You excel in setting up monitoring and logging systems in cloud environments;
You are proficient in Linux and scripting;
You have deep networking knowledge and know security best practices;
You have hands-on experience in IaC, preferably Terraform with Terragrunt;
You bring a solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, along with proven proficiency in architecting and maintaining distributed cache systems and queue infrastructures;
You're well-versed in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, with familiarity in Istio, Gateway-API, and a range of DevOps tools;
Your track record includes designing and implementing complex CI/CD pipelines for different kinds of targets (VMs, serverless, Kubernetes);
You have knowledge of OPA and other policy-as-code tools;
You have experience configuring and optimizing CDNs, such as Akamai or Cloudflare.
We don't expect you to know every tool inside out, but it'd be awesome if you're familiar with and have worked with most of them.
